Non-Profit Consulting
Wendy has experience serving as bond counsel and issuer counsel for non-profit clients. Wendy also served as a grantmaker overseeing an education portfolio and as a director of legal at a private foundation which partnered with others in the non-profit, public and private sectors to improve the quality of life for the residents of greater Houston. She has experience on entity formation, maintaining tax-exempt status, and governance issues.
Civic and Community Engagement
Wendy is a firm believer in giving back to her community and strives to bring stakeholders, multiple constituencies and interest groups together to achieve long-term and sustainable outcomes, where needed and wanted.
